1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

(Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.)

Made-to-order items may require additional time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once it has shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within:

• U.S. Orders: 5–12 business days

• International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note: these are estimates and not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, customs, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Your delivery address

• Weight of your items

• Carrier rates

We do not control carrier pricing.

5. Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to:

• Incorrect addresses

• Missing apartment/unit numbers

• Addresses entered with typos
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for reshipment costs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for:

• Packages marked as delivered

• Packages lost in transit

• Stolen packages

• Carrier delays

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• A brief description of the issue

We will replace the item if eligible.

8. International Shipping (If enabled)
